Awakening
Dangerous Good Men.
Seven days of boxing, brotherhood and controlled fire — so you come home bigger, and the people who matter receive you that way.

Boxing, Ice Baths, Breathwork. Your nervous system becomes a compass again instead of background noise.
Seven days working towards one real fight — built on training, technique and trust.
A rope circle, a battle buddy, fires for the things men rarely say out loud. Friendships that last.

Who are you when nobody wants anything from you?
Early in the morning, before the kids wake up. On the way to a meeting. Just before you fall asleep. In those moments you are simply you — no functioning, no delivering, no meeting expectations.
Then the day starts. You say yes when you mean no. You stay calm while you're burning inside. You're the reliable one, the strong one, the one everybody aligns with.
At some point it tips — quietly. Adapting turns into pretending. The role no longer comes off. And one morning you stand in front of the mirror and realise you no longer know who is looking back.
Men who function on the outside, but aren't yet the man they want to be on the inside.
More energy. To feel the fire again. To feel alive. Not just to get through the day, but to shape it.
Strength, clarity, direction, self-confidence, respect, discipline and a calm mind. The inner structure that becomes visible on the outside.
When you arrive at yourself, you can show up for others. Without giving in, without burning out.
Not of your role, your title or your salary. Of the man who looks back when the noise fades.
Two terrains. One path.

- Arrival in the rope circle: the safe container for the week.
- Morning ritual with sun gazing, Breathwork and Ice Bath — the Wim Hof Method as a tool.
- Daily boxing on the beach: fundamentals, conditioning, technique.
- Sunrise fishing trip and bonfire talk on the beach.
- Closing with a private chef's dinner in a colonial mansion in the village.
Jungle. Ring. The fight.
★ Featured by the BBC- Moving into the jungle: a private sanctuary with cenote, training ring and the Trillium — one of the world's most spectacular treehouses (BBC).
- Cliff jumping, haka dance, Temazcal ceremony — rituals for confronting yourself.
- A cacao "check-in" ceremony in the middle of the cenote.
- A journey into your subconscious with Psychedelic Breathwork (no substances).
- Sparring prep and the one real fight on the final morning.
- Last afternoon with massages and a floating sound bath.
Ocean, sand, first fire.
Four days right on the Gulf of Mexico in El Cuyo. Beach training, Ice Baths in the morning, a sunrise fishing trip — and the bonfire talks in the evening that open the container.

The finale: a private chef's dinner.
The third Awakening location: a colonial mansion in the village where we go for dinner. High ceilings, an inner courtyard, steaks — and to finish, a private chef's dinner just for the tribe.

The problem isn't your daily life.
The problem is the mask.
"I know everything. I've read the books, done the coaching, paid the therapist. And still I'm sitting here, functioning."
That's the trap: you know everything — but you feel nothing. Knowledge alone doesn't set you free. It only makes you a better-informed version of your role.
That's why in Yucatán you won't get more theory. You get yourself back. Out of your head and into your body. From knowing into feeling. From the role back to you.
What if you never had to pretend again?
The constant noise in your head gets quieter — because your body speaks again.
You decide from within again, not from expectation, role or fear.
You have men beside you you no longer have to perform for.
You come home bigger — and the people who matter receive you that way.
No gym. No stage. No filter.
This camp doesn't happen in a boutique hotel. We work on the beach of El Cuyo, in the jungle sanctuary near San Manuel and in a training ring.
Phones stay in the safe. Two 15-minute check-in windows a day, then off again. If we show you how to drop your mask, we don't wear one either.

Your hosts on the ground
Awakening is run by Martin and Adriana — they know the land and the people who will shape your week.

Martin Löffler
Martin is from Germany but has lived in Yucatán for years — where, together with Adriana, he turned a dream into a real home for men. He comes from the social business world and knows that real change needs the right place and the right people. At Awakening he is the architect behind the container: clear structure, deep intention and the belief that every man already carries the answer he is looking for.

Adriana Chardi
Adriana brings the soul into the house. Her roots are in Mexico, and her true language is the warmth between people. With years of hospitality experience she senses what a space needs so men don't just feel comfortable but can open up. She is the care behind everything — and the energy that tells you from the first minute: you are welcome here. Truly.
